Can you meet us at the business aviation terminal (FBO) in Nice?

Yes. In Nice, your chauffeur meets you at the agreed meeting point at the business aviation terminal. At Cannes-Mandelieu, Saint-Tropez La Môle and the heliports, at the meeting point set when you book. We do not offer pick-ups on the apron.

Do you also handle departures?

Yes. We drive you from your hotel, villa or the harbour to the airport or heliport at the agreed time, and take crews back for their return.

Whether it is an arrival or a departure, the aircraft registration (you can send it later, before final arrangements), the expected date and time, the airport or heliport, the number of passengers or crew members, the luggage and the destination.

What happens if the aircraft is early or delayed?

We track the aircraft's arrival and adjust the pick-up. For airport arrivals, one hour of waiting is included from the actual landing time; beyond that, waiting is charged pro rata under the terms confirmed before booking. For heliports and departures, waiting terms are set out in the quote.

Can I book on behalf of a passenger or crew?

Yes. Assistants, operators, brokers and concierges can book for their passengers or crews: share the passenger's name, the aircraft registration and your contact details. The confirmation, with the chauffeur's details, is sent to the person who books.

Yes, between the airport and the hotel, in both directions, including early morning and late evening.

Do you cover Cannes-Mandelieu, Saint-Tropez La Môle and the heliports?

Yes, by reservation and subject to availability. In Monaco, pick-ups are by van only.

How many passengers and bags can you take?

Up to 7 passengers in a V-Class van and 19 in a minibus. For larger parties, several vehicles coordinated by a single point of contact, according to your needs and availability. Tell us about your luggage when you book and we choose the vehicle accordingly.

Do you handle recurring bookings for operators?

Yes. Monthly invoicing is available for regular operators by prior agreement.

What if I arrive on a commercial flight?
