Through the pre-booking and quote form, the following data may be collected: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company (optional), pick-up location, drop-off location, date and time of the journey, number of passengers and luggage, preferred vehicle, additional information (optional).

This data is used solely to process the booking or quote request, confirm the journey and the price, and follow up on the service. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at the customer's request (GDPR article 6.1.b), namely preparing and confirming a booking.

Data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Collected data is intended exclusively for YES Riviera Transfert and its partner chauffeurs, strictly for the purpose of delivering the booked service.
